The Grundfos 'MTRE' and 'MTSE' are immersion-type coolant pumps equipped with the world's highest efficiency class (equivalent to IE5) permanent magnet synchronous motors with built-in controllers. They perform optimal (energy-saving) operation through feedback control from various sensors, contributing to reduced power consumption and CO2 emissions. Inverters, DC reactors, and noise filters are also integrated into an all-in-one solution, allowing for use simply by connecting the pump to the power panel without the need for control panels or programming. Thanks to automatic control functions that adapt to conditions and loads, these pumps significantly reduce load even in machine tools such as machining centers and NC lathes, where pressure fluctuations and water hammer may occur.
